**This is Melissa She's been doing CrossFit for 3 months and has been working very hard to correct her mobility restrictions and defaults in her lifts. Every day she comes in and sets her fears aside, allowing me to guide her through what I know for myself to be a huge challenge on the mind as well as the body. I am wicked proud of her cleans today. This was a weight she wasn't yet comfortable with but ended up managing with ease. She has great positioning over the bar, good active hamstrings, and the weight is distributed thru the heel. Melissa you are doing a stellar job girlie, keep up the great work!!
